Am I ready for Therapy or Coaching?

This is something only you can really answer.

If you aren’t really prepared to speak about your feelings or goals and believe that your issues are all someone else’s fault then you’re unlikely to benefit much from therapy or coaching.

The best Therapist or Coach in the world can’t do anything to change other people so engaging with one when you think “if only this person would change it would all be better” is not going to be productive for either of you.

If you’re open to the idea that you have some responsibility or are questioning whether you do then it might be the time to start thinking about it.
